we booked this hotel especially to be able to use the spa facilities, suna, hamam and steam room but they were not working on the in door swimming pool was working but not the jets or the waterfall this spoilt it for us

It was not a bad hotel.
It was not a bad hotel. The reception was very kind and helpful. The restaurant side was good enough, especially the restaurant manager.
The sheets were a little bit dirty. The only worse thing was one of the staff of the restaurant. Since we had an early flight, we asked for an early breakfast with the receptionist, who kindly accepted our request. When we got to the restaurant, we saw three prepared plates, including some bread, chees, and bacon. As we do not consume pork, we asked the receptionist if we could get some food for breakfast, and he kindly accepted our request without any questions. When we started to get some food, a staff member warned us, and then she tried to prevent us from continuing. We were shocked by her behavior and couldn’t understand it. If you want an early breakfast, I strongly recommend that they understand your request well enough.
